Comment: I have been wondering (and wandering) about the nature of leadership for 50 years - starting as a counselor in training in a Maine YMCA Camp when I was tapped for my "leadership ability". My what? Why me? Why must I live with a heavier responsiblity for the well-being of others than the untapped kids? They seemed to be having more fun.
